This Three bedroom, three bath home is situated on the 1st Fairway of Ocean Creek Golf Course. It's in a PERFECT LOCATION that is, centrally located to everything on the Fripp Island! The white sand beach is a 3 minute golf cart ride away! The Cabana Club Pool, the Marina and restaurants are a short ride away.
The cottage is considered a 3 bedroom with a Bonus Loft also has three bathrooms. The Loft provides much needed extra living space. This delightful home will sleep 10 comfortably. It comes with many beautiful upgrades like Heart Pine Wood floors, a fully stocked kitchen with granite countertops, a large tiled master shower, as well as an updated decor.
The main floor has an open Kitchen/Dining Area, as well as the Main Living Area. There are 2 Bedrooms with their own En Suite Bathrooms. Bedroom 1 has a Queen and standard size bed. Bedroom 2 has 2 Queen size Beds.
Upstairs, you will find the Loft Area, The Master Bedroom and Master Bath. The Master Bedroom is spacious, has a King size Bed.
The lounge area is also on the loft, where you can read a book, or have the kids hang out and watch TV.
Off of the main floor is a large screened In Porch with a stunning tropical palm view of the 1st Fairway on Ocean Creek Golf Course. It is really is breathtaking!
Outside the Porch, you will find a seating area to sit around a cozy gas firepit and enjoy your favorite beverages.
Included in this rental
There is a 4-Seater Golf Cart for your convenience and pleasure this is a $400 saving.
You can purchase amenity cards that allow access to all of the Fripp Resort facilities. All of the pools, tennis courts, golf and dining choices, as well as exclusive resort excursions etc. Pricing for Amenity Cards are $50.00 per person for the week during peak season,(memorial day to labor day) and 35.00 pp for the week during the off season, (after labor day up to memorial day). Every person 13 years old and older will need an amenity card.
There are also several beach chairs provided.
There are 3 Smart TVs with cable service and streaming capabilities.

I enjoy seeing guests, with their families having a good time. Seeing the children looking at the deer up close for the first time, along with their parents. This property is centrally located on Fripp island. It is a few minutes golf cart ride to any place on Fripp Island, The beach, Cabana Club pools, Beach club and Marina. This property is located on the first fairway of the Ocean Creek golf course, that was designed by Davis Love III. Sit on the screened porch and enjoy the golfers, or the magnificent sun sets with your favorite beverage of choice, either in the morning or evening.
What makes this property unique
This property is very deceiving from the out side. It will sleep 10 people and still be very comfortable with everyone. There is a large screen porch to get away and a balcony that overlooks the open area of the down stairs, or just snuggle up with a book or watch tv.
