Newly remodeled lake front view condo with no stairs

Perfect 2 bedroom lake front view condo, right across from Margaritaville. The Pelican Bay complex offers a heated swimming pool, kid pool, basketball court, and lakefront boardwalk. Two very close boat and jet ski rental places, located right in the same cove, Surdyke and Waves and Wheels. Also very close driving distances to Redhead Yatch Club, Shorty Pants and LandShark.

Master Bedroom has a King bed and en suite bathroom with walk in shower. Second bedroom has a queen bed and a set of twin over twin bunk beds. Also a second bathroom with a tub and shower. Living room has a sliding glass door with a deck and amazing lake view. Also has a sofa sleeper and TV with Roku stick. Kitchen has dishwasher, electric stove, microwave, refrigerator and is furnished with all your needs. Bar seating, as well as, dinning table for all your eating needs. Gas grill provided on front deck as well.

Back deck is a great place to hangout and has a large table and 6 chairs.

WiFi is available.

Washer/dryer available, as well as clean towels and linens.

This Condo is close to a lot of great places by land and boat!

Pelican bay is a smaller mostly owner occupied complex and for this reason absolutely no pets, no parties and no smoking.

We have been staying at the Pelican Bay property for many years. We enjoyed our stay in this condo, and everything was as described/shown in the listing. We would definitely stay again!

Everything was just right...

The perfect listing for a last minute stay over a holiday weekend did not disappoint! Booking was easy and the condo was ever better than the pictures. Updated, clean, organized, plenty of parking you name it. The ZERO stairs to enter is priceless - seriously hard to find in the area. Our only disappointment was during booking when we saw that is was not main channel facing BUT we were surprised at how much we enjoyed the actual view. Even had a storm roll through one night and stayed on the deck to enjoy. The pool even has adequate shade available for those that prefer a little less sunshine. Overall a wonderful stay and would not hesiate to book again.

Inconvenience

The coffee pot was filthy I had to clean it out. The gas grill was filthy and not useable. The TV channels had a very poor selection. All the apps available required a log in and password. The closet was locked in the master bedroom and we were not able to hang up our cloths, had to live out of suit cases, very inconvenient! I will not stay at that unit again.

Family Vacation Getaway

This was our first family vacation in years. It was so nice to get away. We love Pelican Bay and the Lake of the Ozarks. Our condo was very nice. It was decorated very nicely and was very clean. The fact that there were no stairs at all was a big plus. We would love to stay here again next time.
