Cocoonr/Book&Pay offers this charming 38 m² flat with mountain and ski slope views for rent in Valmeinier. It can accommodate up to 6 people. Located on the 3rd floor (with lift), it comprises an attractive 20 m² living room, a fitted kitchen, two bedrooms, a bathroom (with bath) and a balcony. You will also have access to the shared swimming pool located 200 m from the building. We're waiting for you!

The apartment is composed as follows:
- A 20 m² living room with TV, two sofa beds and a dining area.
- A fully-equipped kitchen with electric kettle, oven, microwave, dishwasher, 4-burner hob, Nespresso coffee machine...
- Bedroom 1: double bed (140×190), closet
- Bedroom 2: bunk bed, closet
- Bathroom with bathtub
- Separate WC

Exterior :
- A 7.5 m² balcony overlooking the ski slopes to enjoy the fine weather

Shared area :
- A heated swimming pool shared with several buildings, located 200 m from the flat. The swimming pool is open from 1 July to 31 August (opening dates are non-contractual and subject to change by the resort).

The apartment is ideally located at the foot of the slopes of the Valmeinier 1800 resort, in a very pleasant environment. You'll find all the stores, boutiques, restaurants, bars and Carrefour Montagne directly at the foot of the building.
The ESF office is also at the foot of the building, where you can book and buy your ski passes. It's also the starting point for all ski lessons.

Transport :
If you choose to come by car, you can park for free in the public parking lot at the foot of the building.

For other modes of transport, here's some information you may find useful:
- Grenoble train station, approx. 1h50 by car
- Grenoble Alpes Isère airport, approx. 2h15 by car
- Free shuttle bus around the resort, stopping at the foot of the building

Other remarks :
- Pets accepted, for a supplement of €15/stay (two pets maximum), please specify when booking.
- Bed linen and towels are not included and can be provided on request, at extra cost (rental and payment to be made with our partner on site). Rates are given as an indication and are subject to change by our partner.
- Cleaning at the end of your stay is your responsibility (or an additional charge payable to our local service provider).
- All requests for arrival or departure outside the times indicated are subject to availability of the person in charge of reception. An additional fee may be charged.
