Surrounded by beautiful hills on a 17 000 square meter area, is this 2014 built finca. With absolute care, using only the finest materials and highest quality specifications for thermal, acoustic and energy efficiency, this high-quality Finca has arisen in modern design taking into account the Mallorcan style.

Via a private driveway with an automatic gate, you reach this stately home situated on a hillside, past the house almond tree plantation.

Spacious covered terraces with panoramic views of the pool and sun terraces invite you to relax and eat. The lower spacious terrace area has a shaded relaxation lounge, as well as lawns surrounded by greenery and a 4,5x12 m pool with stairs and a solar pool cover.

The pool house has an outdoor kitchen with grill, outdoor shower, toilet, and another covered outdoor terrace.

The finca offers on two floors an equally stylish and modern amenities (flat-SAT-TV, WiFi). In the lower open plan living area is the fully equipped open kitchen, dining room seats 8 and the living area with open fireplace. Via an intermediate level you can reach the guest wing with 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, one of which is ensuite.

The upper level features a master bedroom with large balcony and panoramic views, and en-suite bathroom and separate toilet.

Underfloor heating throughout the living area and air conditioning make for pleasant living environment all year round.

The center of Felanitx can be reached in 5 minutes by car, the picturesque seaside resort of Porto Colom with nice restaurant and three natural beaches in 15 minutes by car. The golf course Cala d'Or is also in close proximity.

Fantastic stay

Wonderful house, wonderful property. Rural and beautiful. We had some water issues during our stay (due to lightening, etc) and the owner moved heaven and earth to get the problem taken care of. We loved the place and greatly appreciated his responsiveness.

Beautiful home with great outdoor space

We really enjoyed our stay here. The home is large and the interior is beautifully done. We loved the large kitchen and patio table. Only thing is master bedroom AC didn't get as cold as we'd like, but by all means was still great.

Very nice house in a beautiful location with a very quiet surrounding. The pool was clean and very big. Lot of different chilling areas with chairs and lounges. Big, modern kitchen. Everything was clean.

Fantastische Finca

Alles lief problemlos ab. Ich habe noch nie ein Ferienhaus gesehen, wo wirklich alles vorhanden war. Angefangen bei der Küche über Strandtuch, selbst Kopfschmerztabletten gab es Der Pool war fantastisch und die Einrichtung hochwertig und geschmackvoll. Wir waren alle begeistert!

Traumhafte Finca in ruhiger Lage

Die Finca ist wahnsinnig schön und sehr durchdacht gestaltet. Es hat uns an nichts gefehlt, sogar die Küchengerätschaften waren für uns alle ausreichend vor Ort, was bekanntermaßen nicht immer der Fall ist. Die Lage ist schön ruhig, sodass man niemanden stört oder gestört wird. Trotzdem erreicht man alle Orte für Ausflüge schnell. Wanderungen können direkt von dort gemacht werden. Die Kommunikation mit Eigentümern und Verwalter war sehr nett und unkompliziert.

Gemütliches schönes Haus mit Blick

Lots of space and very private

Very relaxing and quiet environment. Good facilities. Pool not heated, but was bearable once you got used to it. Not a problem when the weather is warm. Overall a nice place. Beds not very comfortable though.

Schöne Finca

Die Finca hat uns gut gefallen und ist wie beschrieben. Nur war die Außenanlage nicht gepflegt, was bei dem Mietpreis eigentlich nicht sein kann. Die Finca ist etwas abgelegen und ca. 10 Minuten von Felanitx und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten entfernt. Wir haben aber die Ruhe und die herrliche Aussicht genossen. Man ist schnell an vers. Stränden und typischen Urlaubsorten. Wir können die Villa empfehlen, würden aber nicht mit mehr als 6 Personen dorthin fahren, da das eine Gästezimmer keine Klimaanlage hat.

Das Haus ist sauber, angenehm für 7-8 Gäste. Wir haben eine super schöne Reise für Weihnachten mit vielen Sonnenstrahlen. Die einzige Frage ist nicht genügend warm Wasser für Dusche.

Die sehr gepflegte Finca mit ihrer wunderschönen, grünen Außenanlage hat uns unheimlich gut gefallen. Viele Rückzugsmöglichkeiten laden zum Erholen und Entspannen ein. Der herrlich große Pool ist sehr sauber,die Küche wunderbar ausgestattet. Die Buchungsabwicklung sowie die Hausverwaltung vor Ort verlief unkompliziert, freundlich und zuvorkommend. Wir werden mit Sicherheit einen weiteren Urlaub in dieser, für uns perfekten, Finca verbringen.

Schöne Finca in toller Lage!

Wir hatten eine wunderbare Urlaubswoche in der Finca. Sie war sehr sauber und modern. Die Finca ist toll gelegen, der Ausblick wunderschön. Leider war der Pool nicht in Betrieb bzw. konnte auch nicht in Betrieb genommen werden - dies war eigentlich Entscheidungskriterium für die Buchung dieser Finca. Bzgl. der Beheizung wurde im Vorfeld sogar nochmals extra nachgefragt - daher wäre einer Info vor Buchung nur fair gewesen. Zudem war eine Matratze in der Finca schon sehr alt und konnte nicht benutzt werden, diese sollte unbedingt ausgetauscht werden. Da wir nur sieben Personen waren, konnte einfach Zimmer getauscht werden... Trotz allem hatten wir einen tollen Aufenthalt! Vielen Dank auch an den Ansprechpartner vor Ort - sehr nett und tolle Auslfugstipps!

Eine sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtete FINCA mit ein paar Problemen

Die Finca ist sehr schön eingerichtet, speziell die Küchenausstattung ist super, also wer selber kochen will, wird hier nichts vermissen. Der Wohn- und Essbereich ist sehr geschmackvoll ausgestattet. Der Außenbereich mit dem Pool war sehr schön, leider hat die Poolheizung nicht funktioniert, das Wasser war viel zu kalt. Die Poolheizung war ein Buchungsgrund.. Leider ging auch das Einfahrtstor nicht zu, das gab uns kein gutes Gefühl. Wir kommen sicherlich nicht mehr, wir benötigen bei unserer nächsten Mallorca Reise wieder 5-6 Schlafzimmer.

Tatsächlich eine Traumfinca

Wir waren mit zwei Kleinkindern und den Eltern für eine Woche im Mai dort. EINFACH HERRLICH ! Es gibt gleich mehrere Loungebereiche im Schatten und in der Sonne, der Pool, die Ausstattung im Haus, der Grill, die Betten, mit Außendusche und Schattenparkplatz - einfach alles SUPER. Wir kommen gerne wieder...
