Destination Getaway Cozy King Master 2 br 2 ba sleeps 8 quiet area-Pet Friendly!
This is a 1200 SF mobile home with bedrooms on opposite sides. There is a large living room with Queen sofa bed and Double bed. We have additional portables that can be set up.
We have a full KITCHEN inside, as well as, an electric BBQ outside.
Please don't smoke in the house, but outside is cool. We are 420 friendly.
Only registered guests are allowed without permission. No parties or events allowed.
Outside security cameras are in use for your safety.
Lots of room for parking including boats, trailers, toys, etc.
If you want to soak, the Hot Springs are less than one mile away, downtown and Elephant Butte Lake is about 7 miles away.

Gather used towels
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights, lock the doors and return the keys
The kitchen is up to you to keep clean
Do not ever wash your pets here, dog wash is over at laundry mat down the street, there will be extra cleaning fees if you do.
Only registered guests are allowed on the property. You will be fined for extra people double the regular cost.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
