The Le Beach residence offers an ideal location right on the beach in Le Lavandou, with 2 tennis courts and all amenities within walking distance. A parking space is reserved for you in the residence. First-floor apartment with a balcony overlooking the sea and an lift.
The studio features a beautiful, newly renovated bathroom as well as a fully equipped kitchen (microwave and conventional oven), dishwasher, and washing machine.
There are two bunk beds in the entryway for children under 15, along with plenty of closet space. The living room has a new, very comfortable 140×190 sofa bed (17 cm mattress): please bring your own sheets.
You’ll enjoy a balcony where you can have meals with a view of Île du Levant from morning to night. South-facing with an awning and air conditioning. There are plenty of activities in July and August in Le Lavandou: tours, exhibitions, concerts, fireworks, children’s activities… and many magnificent sites in the region (the Porquerolles Islands, the village of Bormes, Fort Besançon, the Giens Peninsula….)
