Our apartment has a very unique style thanks to the amazing and creative Karwell Design.

When you open the door you will be amazed with this beautiful loft!

The bedroom area and comfy king bed and tv have a strong character. Sleep in perfect comfort and wake to the beauty of the Fort Worth cityscape.

The kitchen is well-equipped, with modern appliances and a wide, large counters.

Meals at the dinning table or kitchen isle with stools? Your choice! Here, couples can enjoy cozy dinners, while business travelers can check off tasks on their laptops.

The living area is relaxed and comfortable, with a sofas, armchair, coffee table. And the large windows fill the room with natural light!

The bathroom has a fabulous rain shower and tub. Kkick-start your mornings and relax in the evenings! The facilities are spotlessly clean, and essential toiletries are thoughtfully provided.

Trinity Metro Station is 0.3 mi from our location. You can take the TRE to get to DFW airport or Dallas from here!

Love this loft! Perfect DT feel with some edge and very clean. It reminded us of San Francisco living in our loft. Our host had excellent communication all the way throughout and everything was very straightforward. The entrance to the building is tucked right into another business's entry way so you gotta look for Lofts and it's great from there. Easy, clean and a fun experience in the HEART of DT ... we walked everywhere yesterday and this morning and it was so central - Sundance, Water Garden, etc...

Location location location! We loved our anniversary weekend stay at the Rebel Room. The host was very responsive. The room was clean and cozy, had everything we needed for resting in between enjoying Fort Worth. We saw a show at Bass Hall which was a short walk. Everything at Sundance is a short walk from this location! We parked at 777 Main and it was super easy. This was our first trip to Fort Worth and we will definitely return and stay in Rebel Room again!

Perfect location, great loft.

Everything about this stay was amazing. I was worried about the parking situation downtown but it was so easy. The communication with the host was 10/10- every detail was covered. The loft was so cool and impeccably clean. The location was perfect- right in the middle of downtown within walking distance to so many nice coffee shops and restaurants. I would recommend this VRBO to anyone looking for a fun Fort Worth weekend!

Wonderful weekend.

I really don’t think anything could have been better. The property was well equipped and spotlessly clean. The host was really easy to communicate with. The location is awesome…. 2 blocks to Sundance square, 3 blocks to the convention center, 2 blocks to the Bass theater. We parked our car and walked to everything. Thanks for the great weekend Sarah! We’ll be back.

HVAC system was having issues with a blower motor. It sounded like a bearing was failing on the blower and due to the open floor plan and concrete floors it was extremely loud preventing sleep. The bathroom exhaust fan also needs maintenance as it also is in need of repair/replacement.

We had a great stay overall!! I needed to check in early due to our travel arrangements and the host was incredibly easy to communicate with and worked with us so well! Downtown Living

The property was nice, and right in the thick of downtown Ft. Worh TX. Parking was a challenge for a while until we found the nearby garage thats free overnight! Everything in walking distance from restaurants to live entertainment. We cooked and celebrated our family Thanksgiving dinner onsite and it felt like a home. Highly recommend for the downtown living experience.

What makes this property unique

BUILDING
The Kress Building, also known as S.H. Kress and Co. Building, is a Classical Modern Art Deco building in downtown Fort Worth. Designed by New York architect Edward F. Sibbert, the five-story Kress building served the “five-and-dime” chain from 1936 through 1960 and was one of the only major construction projects in Fort Worth built using private money during the Great Depression. It was listed on the National Register of Historic Places in 2007. In 2016, the building was converted into downtown housing
