About this property

Centrally located, one bedroom, one bath apartment with large deck. Apartment sleeps 4. Bedroom has a king-size, sleep number bed, desk, and large walk-in closet. Towel sets are laid out for each guests. There is pullout queen sleeper sofa in living area along with a 65-inch TV. Internet and YouTube TV are provided. Kitchenette has a two-burner cooktop, full size refrigerator, dishwasher, microwave, and Ninja Foodi oven that bakes, toasts, roast, and air fries. Pots, pans, coffee maker and dishes provided. The large deck has benches that convert to a table for outdoor dining-perfect for sunshine therapy. A gas grill is also provided for outdoor cooking and plenty of private space for bikes and other outdoor toys.
There is dedicated, off-road parking for one car. Additional parking is available on the street. Owner provides beach chairs and umbrella.
Walk to boat basin where manatees hang out, or to Rose Park where the sunsets are spectacular and dolphins tend to visit. Also within walking distance is a pet-friendly beach. Anna Marie Island is 5 minutes in one direction, downtown Bradenton is 5 minutes in the other. Sarasota, St. Petersburg, and Tampa are less than an hour away.

Perfect Spot for your Stay

This was our second time back to Kowena's rental. We really enjoy the location of Bradenton in Florida for our vacations and this is a very private and quiet location. The apartment is always clean and comfortable. So glad we found this spot and hope to be back again next year.

Close to Coquina Beach, cozy and comfortable

Unique apartment, nicely set up above owner’s art studio. Short walk to a park with manatee sightings, cozy and comfortable bed and furnishings. Kowena is friendly, helpful, and has all the tourist info needed for a great stay.

Exactly what we needed.

Our Stay Was great And it was TRULY pet Friendly! Most say this and then deny Cats. Cats are a pet by definition So I Appreciated the Honesty. Only thing that was missing was having only one roll of toilet paper and no garbage bags for 3 adults for the week.It was Nothing that could not be solved with a quick trip to the store But for the cost of Vrbo now a days I assume it would be provided giving it's in the description. We Loved the stay and the Location very peaceful and quiet. Great Host and Place. would recommend 10 outa 10 to anyone interested.

I fell in love with and purchased this property because of the neighborhood and proximity to the water. It is quiet yet filled with people out walking, most with dogs. I built my art studio on the property and added the 1-bedroom guest suite above the studio so I could share this lovely locale with other people.
