Welcome to our fully furnished newly renovated Seashell I & II studio located just one mile away from the beautiful Anna Maria Island beach! With its convenient location close to dining, site seeing, boardwalk, nightlife and shopping. The location offers a comfortable and convenient stay for your upcoming vacation!

The Seashell features a well-equipped kitchenette, including a 2-burner stove top, pots, pans, dishes, silverware, cutting boards, sink, coffee maker, and a selection of K-cups. You'll also find a fridge/freezer and a microwave for your convenience. Enjoy your meals at the cozy dining table with two chairs.

When it's time to relax after a long day at the beach, the space offers a comfortable queen bed, 4 pillows and blanket. For your convenience a dresser, nightstand, full-length mirror are provided. TV; cable channels and Wi-Fi access, ensuring you stay entertained and connected throughout your stay. A closet with hangers available for you to hang your belongings once unpacked. You will find extra pillows & blanket inside closet.

The bathroom features natural light, a stand-up shower and towels for your convenience.
Step outside and enjoy the enclosed lanai, where you can unwind and enjoy the fresh air. Please note that smoking is only allowed outside.

Great Location

Great little studio, it was clean and fairly quiet. AC worked wonderfully and the location worked perfectly for our needs, which was getting out to the race track and being able to explore the area in general. The hosts were awesome to deal with as well when checking in.

Great studio room for two. Clean, offered everything you'd need to cook with, laundry is outdoors on property, coins required. A short drive to Anna Maria Island. Communication with owner was great! Would stay here again.

Property is a vintage motel that is undergoing renovations. My unit was brand new and had everything I needed. It was convenient to my work site. I would stay here again.

Solo traveler

The unit had been recently updated. Everything was clean and in good working order. The location was very good to access Anna Maria Island (5 mins without traffic) and IMG Academy (10 mins without traffic). The property isn’t glamorous by any stretch, but certainly functional and has a good location. A nice little place for one or two people.
