MINIMUM AGE: 25!! SORRY NO PARTY GROUPS -NO BACHELOR OR BACHELORETTE PARTIES!!!
This spacious 2 bedroom 2 bath condo was just added to rental July 2021! The owners have grandchildren and have made this the ultimate baby/kid friendly get away! From the parking lot you will have NO STEPS to climb, this walk-in unit is right next to the spectacular swimming pool! Compass Pointe Condominiums has one of the ultimate family friendly pools in the area! This complex is located just up the hill from Lands End Condos and down the road from all the restaurants and stores you need for your stay.
Walking in the front door you will find the spacious living room with hardwood floors throughout. A large flat screen smart TV is wall mounted. Seating for all with sofa, love seat, and 2 recliners. Sorry the beautiful stone fireplace is non-operable. The kitchen is equipped for your extended stay with all necessities. The dinning area has a counter height expanding table with 4 chairs and a bench to seat up to 6. The new stacked washer and dryer are right near the kitchen. The sliding glass doors take you to the covered deck where you can sit and relax with a view of the lake. The docks are just down to the right as you look out from the deck.
Down the hallway is the large master bedroom to the left with a king-sized bed, dresser, bay window to the pool side, and flat screen smart TV. The master also has a full shower bathroom. Towards the right of the hall is the other exceptionally large bedroom with a door to the full hall bath. This bedroom has a queen bed with twin bunk on top as well as 2 twin beds. A porta crib and pack-n-play are available as well.
Bringing a boat? Be sure to reserve the slip 10x24 for an additional fee $35night. Inquire at booking.

Nice family atmosphere- I felt safe staying there with two teenage girls. The bathrooms are dated but clean. The cooling system in the master bedroom was loud and not my favorite other than that a nice condo.

Awesome condo, clean, quiet A plus!!

Enjoyed our stay. Very clean and comfortable. Easy to walk in and out, we are seniors. I highly recommend this condo and am hoping to go back soon.

Perfect for what we needed!

We stayed for a baseball tournament at Osage Beach Park. This condo was 5 min away, close to restaurants and Dick’s Sporting Goods. Clean, comfortable and the pool was awesome!

Clean and spacious

Easy to find, condo was just like the pictures. Very spacious for 4 adults and a toddler to hangout for the weekend.

Lack of communication

We loved the location & the space for the kids. The place wasn’t very clean. We had communicated with the host about checking in early. She said we could as long as the cleaning crew wasn’t there, they were gone when we got there. The beds were made but nothing looked cleaned. We informed the host & she sent the cleaning lady over. The cleaning lady informed me that she had hired teenagers and they didn’t do their job. Another issue we had was that the instructions weren’t very clear on how to turn the hot water on. Instead of them sending someone over to help get it I was stuck trying to figure out how to do it. I just don’t get why all that stuff can’t be ready when guests get to the vrbo. I would message all the numbers they had available if we had a problem but it took all day to get a response.

I'm glad you liked the condo! This situation unfortunately has made us rethink letting guest in early as it clearly was not ready upon your early arrival and my instructions must not have been clear to not enter yet. Many VRBO rentals are required to turn the water off, it's important guest read through instructions both emailed and posted in the unit.

We received our check-in info at 10AM so we thought we'd be able to get right into the room. Got to the condo at 1:50, hauled all of our stuff to the room only to walk in on the cleaning person still there. We asked if we could at least drop our stuff off in a corner & were told no. Definitely frustrating after a long day of travel & 90 degree heat. When we were able to get into the room, it smelled like cigarettes & the posting says absolutely no smoking. Turned the a/c unit in the master bedroom on and it had a musty smell to it, pulled out the filters & found they had definitely not been cleaned in quite a while. Move our way to the balcony to see pull-ups & other trash on the lawn. The rest of the condo was great, clean, comfortable beds, location is great, plenty of parking, we didn't use the pool but it looked clean & everyone seemed to be enjoying themselves, and it was very quiet at night.
