Clean house in a great location! Had everything we needed for a weekend in Nashville. Walkable to several delicious bars and restaurants and quick ride down to Broadway. Would definitely stay again!
Beds were comfortable, covers so pretty! Love Germantown, great location, cute living room, fun artwork, nice TVs, large kitchen table to sit at. Parking area in the back. Small bathroom, large but simple kitchen. Some nice details from the original workers cottage.
Great location! It worked great for my family to be pretty central to lots of things we wanted to do. The cottage itself was charming, but could use some updating, especially the bathroom, while still keeping the charm. I'd recommend a deeper clean between guests too. It wasn't dirty necessarily, but lots of dusty areas, grime in the cracks, and things left under furniture from previous guests.
Nice location. AC/Heat very good. Kitchen equipped nicely. Could have used Foil, Saran Wrap, and or ziplocks. The house could use a good cleaning ie: the nitty gritty areas, especially in the bathroom. Also, either buy new washcloths, or use some bleach. The face cloths were not clean, and there no hand towels. We had a nice visit.

We supply the basics to get guests started, but we do not provide everything guests may use in their home kitchens. We have done a deep clean and changed out the washcloths. We encourage all our guests to reach out if we can improve their stays.
The location worked great for us. Just enough out of the busy areas of downtown but close enough to be in walking distance of amenities. It was clean and provided all the very basic necessities. The downsides to the property was the bathroom and beds. The 1 bathroom is tiny with zero counter space and proved quite challenging to navigate for the three of us ladies staying there. The beds were not particularly comfortable. I had a difficult time sleeping as did my daughters. I think it may have been the polyester bed sheets which made it really hot and required pumping the AC all night.
Super cozy!! It wasn’t too far from downtown and there were many places near us to eat. The home itself was very clean and in a very quiet neighborhood.
The house is located in a wonderful walkable neighborhood. The house is old but charming and comfortable. The bathroom is really small but there are other mirrors to get ready at. We didn’t cook but the kitchen has lots of utensils and dishes. The washer and dryer are in good condition and worked well. The hosts were responsive and allowed us to check in a little early to meet our flight schedules.
Overall, we had a pleasant stay and the house was comfortable. There are a few areas that could be improved, particularly with cleaning, as some areas were a bit dusty and the shower tub could be better maintained. The kitchen could also benefit from a few additional amenities, such as an electric kettle, to make it more convenient for guests. With a little extra attention to these details, this would be an even nicer place to stay.

We want every guest to know if the cleaning is not up to par, please reach out, and we will make things right for every guest to have an amazing stay. Our kitchens are well-stocked with all the essentials, but they may not have luxuries that every guest uses at home.
The property is wonderful, vintage, perfect location and off street parking was fabulous! Communication with the host was perfect and everytime I asked a question or had a comment they always respond within minutes. The house is clean and the beds are super comfortable. There are many places to eat/drink within walking distance. We were out walking the neighborhood every night of our stay. We had a wonderful stay and I would choose this property again if/when we come back again.

We are so glad you enjoyed the neighborhood and we could help your stay go so well!
In Nashville for Southern Festival of Books. Location was perfect. Also loved all the restaurants close by. Cottage was cozy and comfortable. Bathroom could use an upgrade - was not as clean as we would have liked but think this was because everything is so old. Snacks and water were appreciated. We would stay here again, primarily because of the location.

Charming vintage cottage in a beautiful, historic neighborhood just minutes for the action of downtown Nashville. The house was nicely decorated, had guest amenities, and was very comfortable. Super fun Southern swing on the porch for winding down in the evenings. The host were very quick and helpful when responding to inquiries.
