This spacious cottage, ideal for two people, can comfortably accommodate up to four people. The vast, light-filled bedroom spanning the entire width of the upper floor offers a magnificent view of the estate gardens. With a double bed and a single bed, it can accommodate a couple with a child. The bathroom offers a shower, bathtub, and suspended toilet.

On the ground floor, you will find a large living/dining room equipped with a beautiful flat-screen TV, as well as an open kitchen with plenty of storage space. A sofa bed provides sleeping space for 2 people. You will also find a second toilet to complement the one upstairs.

Outside, you can enjoy a courtyard with a barbecue.

The Domaine de La Guigneraie comprises four independent 18th-century cottages and offers the perfect place to gather with family or friends. The pool provides a space equipped for you to relax and keep an eye on the little ones. Both children and adults can enjoy the games and facilities of the leisure area.
