The St Martin gîte in Lamballe welcomes you for a stay between Land and Sea. Facing the National Stud, the 80 m2 house combines the atypical side of the old and modernity.
The gîte has several levels: access is via a balcony overlooking the Gouessant. You will have a kitchen overlooking the veranda and the enclosed garden: it is equipped with a microwave, a gas stove, a dishwasher, a fridge with freezer and water fountain.
Everything you need to cook or drink on the terrace. A living room with dining table, sofa, internet, WC with hand basin.
On the 1st floor, a large bedroom with a 160 cm bed and a large dressing room. On the 2nd floor, an attic bedroom with a 140 cm bed, a wardrobe and wardrobe.
On the ground floor, a relaxation area. A shower room equipped with towel dryer radiator. You benefit from a washing machine. Garden side: barbecue, terrace, garden table and chairs
This cottage is suitable for 4 people but is not suitable for people with reduced mobility. The town center is accessible on foot, with shops nearby (bakery, butcher, tobacconist, pharmacy). You can visit the collegiate church, the stud farm, take a carriage ride, follow the Chemin des Lavoirs, attend performances of the shows in the stud farm, visit the Mathurin Meheust museum.
On the land side, you can visit several cities such as Dinan, St Malo, Dinard, etc. On the sea side, you can visit the Pleneuf coast, discover Erquy or Cap Fréhel.
