My Address in Cannes, a real estate agency specializing in seasonal and short-term rentals, would be delighted to welcome you to this beautifully renovated apartment with a lovely corner terrace in the “Résidences du Gray d'Albion.”
The apartment comprises:
On the 6th floor:
- a spacious entrance hall with cupboards,
- a fully equipped open-plan kitchen,
- a dining room that can seat up to 8 people and a living room opening onto a beautiful south-facing terrace of over 20 m²
- a bedroom suite opening onto the terrace (double bed 160cm x 200cm), cupboards,
an en-suite shower room and toilet,
- a second bedroom with cupboards (140cm bed),
- a shower room,
- a guest toilet.
High-quality amenities and tasteful decor.
Close to shops, La Croisette, and less than 10 minutes from the Palais des Festivals.
This apartment is the ideal place to stay with family, friends, or colleagues during a conference in Cannes!
In all of our apartments, you will find a welcome pack upon arrival including tea, coffee, sugar, milk, drinks, dishwasher tablets, and laundry detergent.
Committed to your comfort, our team will be at your disposal to meet your needs during your stay.
Arrival times:
- Early check-in or late check-out are possible at an additional cost and subject to availability, and always upon prior request.
Baby cot:
- Available on request, €30 per stay.
