This house is positioned best for those looking for water sports on the Cumberland River. We rented the house in October after that season was over. It was still a wonderful experience. The house sits on property that deer visited twice daily while we were there. We also had six turkeys walk through the property. The greatest joy for us was how quiet it was. It allowed us to relax and put aside the things going on at home, a huge bonus for us. The house was clean and comfortable and had everything we needed.

Stayed at this property several times and it’s always clean and well stocked with everything one needs for an enjoyable stay. Close to Rowena Marina for lake access and boat ramp. Love all the outdoor seating and fire pit and front porch for morning coffee. The waterfall on the property is beautiful. Great place to stay and one of my favorite VRBO properties.

Great stay

The host was great! Had storms while we were there and she offered us the basement in case of emergency and contacted us as soon as the power went out with updates and next steps! Would recommend this property to anyone!

A wonderful stay as always. We have stayed here multiple times as we love this property. Tammy was able to make almost last minute accommodations for us due to my mom's funeral and we were so appreciative. We usually come in the warmer months so that we can enjoy the outdoor amenities. They always think of every little thing to make your stay comfortable. We hope to return again under better circumstances.

Beautiful & relaxing

This was our second stay at this beautiful and comfortable farmhouse. It was a week of intermittent rains, but we still had a great time. The owners checked in to make sure we were okay and had dry firewood for campfires.
