On the first floor you'll find a fully equipped american kitchen, it overlooks the vast and beautifully decorated living and dining room.

The estate is ideally located 150 meters from the beach as well as the Sailing school. Its beautiful Californian garden is perfect for nature lovers, allowing you to stroll through it whilst enjoying the Mediterranean sun.

An elevator, Wifi as well as air-conditioning are available through out the whole villa for your greatest comfort.
2 indoor parking spaces are also available.
