This one-storey house can accommodate up to 8 people and is fully equipped so that you can enjoy your stay with complete peace of mind.
The property is ideally located, just a stone's throw from the main beach, pedestrian streets and all the shops in Les Sables d'Olonne town centre.

This house is perfect for getting together with family or friends.

On the ground floor, the accommodation comprises a large vestibule leading into a first living room with fireplace, sofa, armchairs and coffee table, and a beautiful, spacious dining room with table and chairs for enjoying a good meal. The dining room opens onto a lovely terrace for enjoying the summer evenings.
The adjoining kitchen is fully equipped: oven, fridge, kettle, toaster, Krups coffee machine, dishwasher, etc.
There is a second lounge with sofa, coffee table, TV and WIFI, which also opens onto the terrace.
Separate WC.

Upstairs, there are 4 master suites with 160cm beds, each with its own shower room and dressing room.
The shower room includes a shower, washbasin with storage unit, towel rail and hairdryer. One of these rooms has a WC.
Another separate WC on the second landing.

Outside, you can enjoy a lovely wooden terrace equipped with garden furniture, a sofa and an electric griddle. Perfect for enjoying a barbecue after a day on the beach.

In the basement, you'll find a large utility room equipped with a washing machine and tumble dryer and a second room used for storage and fitted with a shower.

There is a private parking space just 200 metres from the house.

For all arrivals after 8pm, we offer a "late arrival" package (supplement). To be agreed with our concierge before your arrival.
