It has a double oven in the kitchen, a roll-in shower/step-less shower on the main, a Home Gym and a Basketball court.
Per Clayton County Georgia, Community Development Permits and License Division:
Short term Vacation Rental/Article 6 Sec. 6.45H. Noise Limits:
All activities associated with the vacation rental shall meet the general noise standards contained below:
Quiet Hours shall be from 10:00pm to 8:00am.
The property owner shall ensure that the quite hours and limits on outdoor activities are included in rental agreements and in all online advertisements and listings.
I. Amplified Sound: Outdoor amplified sound, other than household speakers, shall not be allowed at any time associated with a vacation rental.
This registration may be suspended or revoked if Federal, State, or County Codes, Ordinances, or requirements are VIOLATED.

Right now it's a one of a kind vacation rental home in terms of Wheelchair accessibility, accessible parking, no step entrances, accessible kitchen, roll-in shower with a padded shower bench, knee clearance at sink and vanities, with front loading washer and dryer, spacious house with wide doorways for a wheelchair, pocket doors, privacy, basketball court, and home gym. The beds are a perfect height to transfer from wheelchair to bed and vise versa. So, the amenities are the benefits.
