Outstanding property!

I was pleased with our stay in this property. There were a few minor issues that were corrected in short order. I would definitely stay in this property again.

Lots of space but not the quality the pictures show

My family and I chose this property as it was close to downtown Atlanta, had the space we needed and looked very nice. We were excited about the outdoor space and the property. When we arrived we found it to be in an interesting neighborhood, we did not feel safe outdoors. The constant noise from the interstate was not relaxing. The front door was broken, the furnishings cheap (the couches were filled with feathers which was uncomfortable and messy), the bedding was old and pillows were flat. It looked tidy at first glance but it clearly had not been cleaned well before our arrival. The walls up the staircase were very dirty, the stairs and bedrooms had not been swept, and rugs in the rooms were dirty. The oven had also not been cleaned (leading to a large amount of time spent dealing with the smoke alarm). The utensils were hit or miss (we had to purchase forks). The garbage bins did not arrive until our last day, and there was not a place to put the garbage outside, so it had it sit in the kitchen during our stay. Check out information was not provided until the day of departure. We had previously stayed at other properties so thankfully we knew what to do the night before. If you are looking for space near downtown to land for a few hours each day and don’t mind the lack of quality of the home or it’s cleanliness, this property may work for you (there was a lot of space). However, if you are looking for something more relaxing, I would not recommend this property.

Baseball Tournament Trip

We were in Atlanta for a 5 day baseball tournament. 4 Dads along with 4 16 year old boys - the house slept us all and was comfortable for that many. Also a plus to have a nice patio to spend time on.
