Awful

Checked in at 4pm got to room and it was still dirty! Called and they sent someone to come clean it! They came and went didn’t clean it! Was lied to by management and finally got a new room at 10pm.

We enjoyed Westgate

Our experience, from check in to check out, was overall very positive. The condo is extremely well located for visiting Disney and Universal studios and is an easy drive from the airport. Our only disappointment was we were led to believe that we had free use of the water park, but we were told at the front desk that this was not true and ended up having to pay $20 per person to use the water park.
