This family home that rocked our childhood :-)
Legacy of our great-uncle, aka "Uncle Ninnin" dear in our heart, with whom we were able to share every summer and until the age of 103, unforgettable moments of tenderness, conviviality and complicity.
We are happy today to be able to offer it to you for rental so that you can also enjoy a pleasant family vacation on the basin.

Single storey house, pleasant and renovated in 2024.
It is a typical house of the basin which is ideally located for visiting the surrounding area, it is only 6 minutes by bike from Mauret beach

At the Beach House, 6 beds are possible:

• the pinède room offers a double bed of 160 x 200, a chest of drawers and a wardrobe

• the palm tree room offers a double bed of 140 × 190 and a very large wardrobe

• in the living room, a convertible sofa offers a bed of 140 x 190, and the possibility of placing your belongings in the large wardrobe in the palm tree bedroom

• an umbrella baby bed is available on request

A shower room in the color of the period is available for all guests. Very bright, it offers a double sink with storage space for all guests, as well as a pleasant walk-in shower. A baby bath is available on request. Right next to it, a separate toilet.

In the kitchen, you will find everything you need to make delicious meals during your vacation: an oven, induction hobs and a microwave are at your disposal. A filter coffee maker, a citrus press and a toaster are also present for your delicious breakfasts. Finally, a dishwasher and washing machine are also at your disposal.

In the living room with a Californian surf atmosphere, you can enjoy a dining area for 6/8 people, and a lounge area with a convertible sofa and 2 armchairs around a coffee table. A television and a fiber connection are at your disposal. (Baby high chair available on request).

In the reception veranda you can store your shoes, flip-flops and beach towels thanks to the period shoe cabinet and a very vintage coat rack! This small space will be very useful for you to unburden yourself before setting foot in the house.

Outside, you will enjoy the sun surrounding the house at any time of the day, and a large garden enclosed by a hedge, sheltered from prying eyes.

You can easily park your 2 or 3 vehicles in complete safety on the plot thanks to the electric gate which will make it easier for you to access.

In the morning and at midday, it is on the terrace at the front of the house that you can have (breakfast) with the rays of the sun on one or two garden tables. Open the kitchen window and pass the pass-through in/out! A parasol and the large oak trees in the garden are at your disposal for shade.

In the evening, the sun sets at the back of the house. A pleasant wooden bench will allow you to chat until the end of the night.

Deckchairs and sun loungers are at your disposal in the shed at the bottom of the garden. Serve yourself! You will also find a Breton palace game, a bowling game, and beach games for adults and children.

You have access to the entire accommodation except the garages where we store our personal belongings.

Please note, we are on the Basin, barbecues are not authorized due to the high fire risk, but we have provided you with an electric plancha that you can plug in under the kitchen window using an external socket.
