The gite is set in an idyllic location amongst walnut groves with a quite stunning view across the valley to the medieval town of Belves. The gite has been converted to a high standard and the host Bernard is very welcoming and supportive throughout the stay. It has a lovely pool with plenty of shade and seating areas. I would highly recommend this property!

We had a wonderful stay at La Truffiere. The location and the swimming pool were great! The pictures on the website weren’t nearly as good as “ the real thing”. Our host was great as well the few questions we had we solved instantly. Also an ideal location to visit Sarlat, Belves or enjoy a trip in the Dordogne

We had a wonderful stay at La Truffiere. It is a beautiful and very well equipped property with and excellent host. The pool was great and very well maintained. The local village of Belves is well worth a visit. The property is also very well placed for other attractions in the region such as Sarlat, Domme, Monpazier and Beynac. Bernard is a great host and really looked after us and was on hand if we needed him. We would thoroughly recommend this property.
