About this property

Lower level 1 BR 1 Bath efficiency style condo that comfortably sleeps 2 with a queen sofa pull out bed making up to 4 possible. Enjoy waterfront relaxation, fishing, BBQ, swimming, outdoor shower, gas grill (bring your own propane please). 2-3 minute golf cart ride to the beach. (Golf cart Rentals are nearby, as well as shops and restaurants are within walking distance). Open flames/ charcoal grills are banned by the HOA, please use these at the beach only. No loud noise 10PM-8AM please! 1st level garage is not included** Boat docking is welcomed!

The owner may occasionally occupy the upper condo that is NOT connected internally and has a separate entrance. Owner will not utilize outdoor spaces.
