Autumn Retreat - Gulf Coast Condos on the Sand Dunes - 102

Summary:
Beautiful brand newly renovated condos at the base of the sand dunes. Enjoy your beautiful kitchen with front, rear and side decks, enjoy the covered porch with sand dunes behind. The best restaurant on the island Pirate's is right down the street and the closest public beach access is right behind Pirates. Very short drive to all of the beaches on the island. Come enjoy our beautiful home on Dauphin Island!

The Space:
This a downstairs unit in a 4 unit house. Units 101 and 102 are downstairs and units 201 and 202 are upstairs. Every unit has its own private balcony area. You can access the sand dunes and even take a walk down to the water and beach area but it’s a bit of a walk and not a “public” beach access with restrooms like they have at the public beach accesses.

Guest Access:
There are 4 charcoal grills on the property but please don’t use them underneath the deck. Just move the grill onto the grassy area in the back yard or on the concrete out front. We provide starter supplies to last you a day or so until you have a chance to get to the store.

Other Things to Note:
This is a downstairs unit in a house with 4 units. There are about 5 steps to climb, but we do have hand railings. Pets: no cats allowed! Two dogs max, 75lbs max, $75 fee per dog.
