This 3 BR/3BA Sea trail home in lovely Sunset Beach is a great getaway for friends and families that enjoy clean , family beaches and want to be away from the crowds. This property is a spacious 3BR unit that has two kitchens + kitchenette, 2 living areas , a balcony/patio off of all 3 bedrooms and and 3 full bathrooms. Less than 2 miles to the ocean. The nature lover will enjoy early morning or evening walks on the many walking trails. The resort pool and game room is available to you at the published rate - weekly fee for a family of 5 is $70.
Sea Trail offers 3 golf courses that provide options for the most experienced golfer as well as the more casual golfer.
For those who want to take a day trip, Wilmington is an hour away and Myrtle Beach is within 30 miles giving you plenty of options for places to explore /shop/visit/dine. And don't forget you will be < 10 minutes from Calabash NC (seafood capitol of the world!)

We are a family of 4 that fell in love with the very family friendly Sunset Beach area and all that this Sea Trail 3BR/3BA unit has to offer including close proximity (<2miles) to the beautiful Sunset Beach, golf access, pool access, Calasbash,NC (Seafood capital of the world!) dining , walking and nature trails and so much more!
What makes this property unique
This is a unique living space perfect for families or friends traveling together that can be together yet have some private space too. There are two floors each with their own entrance, bedroom/bathroom, living spaces, kitchens and even balconies/screened in porches.
