Magnificent T2 Type Apartment Terrace for 4 people, located on the 1st floor without a lift, within a secure residence with swimming pool, bicycle storage and private parking. This lovely rental offers: An Entrance with wardrobe, an independent suspended toilet, a bright living area with Television, a convertible sofa 160cm and its fitted open-plan kitchen: oven, microwave, dishwasher, ceramic hob, fridge/freezer, Nespresso, kettle, toaster, ...and storage. All overlooking a superb 20m² terrace offering an unobstructed view of the Ocean Dune worthy of a postcard.
On the night side, a bedroom with 2 90cm beds that can be joined to create a 180cm bed, ideal for your children as for a couple, wardrobe and its West-facing window, facing the dune. You will appreciate its new bathroom with vanity unit, washing machine and shower.
Outside, you will enjoy its 20m² terrace with its garden furniture, plancha and sunbeds.
Accommodation for 2/4 people including sheets and towels.
Our animal friends are not allowed. *** GUARANTEED LOVE AT FIRST SIGHT *** The residence's swimming pool is operational from 15 June until the end of September.
In addition: End of stay cleaning mandatory and to be paid on site for 65 €.

Il ne manque rien dans ce logement. Il est décoré avec goût, il est bien situé. La grande terrasse est un vrai plus avec une belle vue sur la dune. Nous le gardons dans nos favoris.
