Escape to the beauty of South Lake Tahoe at this lovely, unique, three-story home. It features an open and airy floor plan, vaulted exposed-beam ceilings, skylights, and loads of windows welcoming in lots of natural light in the half-acre plot with a BBQ grill, picnic tables, and outdoor seating. This home is situated in one of South Lake Tahoe's most desirable, affluent localities and is within 4 miles of all shopping areas, Heavenly Gondola, and trails.

This home includes a well-equipped, full kitchen with all the major appliances, an adjacent dining table with seating, and a fantastic main living area with a wet bar, a TV, and a sunlit, sunken lounge. This home also includes a quiet reading loft, a furnished sunroom, and a game room with a full-size pool table, Ping-Pong table, and dartboard for when you're craving a little friendly competition.

THINGS TO KNOW
Tahoe is home to many animals. You may experience bears, raccoons, mice, and other animals. Meadows are home to many rodents. When these areas are filled with water or snow, these animals move to homes in the area. You may experience these animals in or near your home.
There is a portable air-conditioning unit in the living room and the upstairs bedroom.
The fireplace is not for guest use.
Streaming is available with guest accounts.

If you are bringing a dog on your trip, the nightly pet fee is already included in your quote when selecting "Yes" to pets. If you would like to add more dogs, please contact us. The nightly fee ranges between $150 and $200, depending on the bedroom count, and will apply for each additional dog.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). Big house - bring kitchen supplies

There was only one dish towel to dry dishes. No dish soap for hand washing dishes. Kitchen cabinets were labeled but many many items listed are not in cabinet. It would be good to have small plates and bowls. Would be very helpful to have either foil or saran wrap. There was NOTHING! It would very nice if they had a bit of sugar for our coffee as well. Overall house was clean enough but very disappointing that we need to bring so many things to use the kitchen.

lovely house

The house is very cozy, I loved the layout of the rooms. I felt like I was at home. It needs a deep cleaning, dust and cobwebs on baseboards in the bedrooms and bathrooms, and also the kitchen, dust and grease in the extractor hood.

Overall pretty good aside from some hiccups

The house was spacious and the pool table, tennis table was a hit. We liked how the little ones could play with snow on the balcony within view from inside the house. The beds and bedding was comfortable but one of the kids was itchy. The bunk bed was spacious and could fit 4 kids with ease. The house is on the older side so things might appear a little less clean. The kitchen was missing a filter for the brita water filter container so we just bought our own water. The dryer broke on the second day but they fixed it the next day. Some outlets didn’t work but we just searched around the house for ones that did. The sunroom was cool concept but it smelled heavily of something like cigars so we didn’t use the room. The pans are scratched up but luckily there were stainless steel pots which worked fine. The kitchen utensils were sparse (like no kitchen scissors and knives were all dull) and silverware was very thin and flimsy. Be sure to bring your own if you plan to cook alot. The plateware and cups were sufficient. The property mgmt was very responsive. At one point some stranger said they needed to come inside the house to shovel snow off the balcony. That seemed odd so we turned him away and let the property mgmt know.

Roomy and comfy

The house was roomy. My 3 children planned to stay in the bunk room but my son opted for the privacy in the loft couch. The sun room was amazing to watch the kids play in the snow. The downstairs bathtub was like a hot tub for the kids. Could have used more towels. Only had one full size towel in each bathroom. Would stay again!

Cozy home

Enjoyed our stay, home is cozy and clean. Ping pong pool table was our family favorite. Everything was great! I think if home had few renovations on kitchen and kitchen supplies I would have given it a 5 stars.
