The house was perfect and gorgeous. The fact that each room has a bathroom is very helpful when you have a big group. The location and view were also amazing. We had the best time!!!

A wonderful property and the hosts were just great, so nice and helpful. Plenty of room at the chateau for our group of 20. Beautiful scenery for a wedding. We would definitely stay again.

We traveled from MN, although Steamboat Springs regulars. We planned our stay for our fall 2025 wedding. Our friends and family were amazed by the beautiful lodge, property and accommodations. We have agreed that we would come stay again for a family trip or anniversary. Erica and David provide a very comfortable stay and gave amazing privacy to us and our guests. 10/10 Recommend for large group stay and/or wedding events.

The best large group house rental I have done

Sky Valley Chateau is fantastic. Great kitchen with tons of eating space. A hot tub that actually fits a large group, fantastic hosts, plenty of fridge space, and more. This is our second time there and certainly won't be our last.

Wedding Location of a Lifetime

Sky Valley Chateau is a supreme home to host a group of family & friends. We had our wedding there & included 30 friends who stayed in the house & a few others who stayed in town. It is a gorgeous home, so clean & tidy, equipped with everything you need, & the owners, Erica & David are gracious hosts.

Great property for large groups. Clean, spacious, all rooms with private en suites. Lovely views, short drive to ski resort and town. Owners were helpful, communicative and pleasant. We had a great time.

If you are looking for a place to stay that is convenient, clean, close to skiing, shopping, and eating that offers places to be together yet enough bedrooms and bathrooms for everyone to have their own space- THIS IS IT!! I cannot say enough good things about this house rental! The owner was easily reachable, extremely helpful, and so kind to us!! We had a party of 30 people (all family) and this was the PERFECT place to stay!! If/when we return to steamboat, we will be staying here again. The kitchen is on the ground level and made it SO easy to carry groceries from the vehicle right into the kitchen! The main level (first floor up) offered LOTS of room for watching tv, playing pool and being together as a family. The bedrooms are all spacious and each has its own bathroom offering plenty of privacy when needed!

Great for large group

We had a large research group retreat here and everything was great! We have done this retreat a few winters in a row now and this was by far the best house we have stayed in. The house is well set up for 30 people, the host was easy to contact and responded quickly. Close to skiing and hot springs. We will definitely be back!
