Cévennes house, swimming pool, terraces & garden, ideal for family, 6 to 8 people

Our large 150m2 Cévennes house will lend itself perfectly to the reception of one (or more) families, or a group of friends. It is perfectly equipped and designed for hospitality and holidays.

We provide holidaymakers with games, films, a video room with video projector, a game console, a ping-pong table, a petanque court, a large garden and much more to discover on site.

Tenants also have exclusive access to the 8x4 above-ground swimming pool located in the garden.

The playground is to be shared with the adjoining cottage, which can accommodate a maximum of 4 people.

The house has 5 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, 2 separate toilets, a games room, a dining room, a living room with video projector, a south terrace overlooking the Cévennes, a north terrace, and a large fully equipped kitchen.

Holidaymakers will also be able to enjoy a selection of regional wines, local honeys and local products on site. We are available to make breakfasts and meals, on request!

The (simple) conditions are:

- Non-smoking inside;
- No pets;
- No festive evening since the cottage is located in the heart of a village.

The cost of cleaning includes: reception and handing over of the keys, linen (sheets and towels), cleaning after your departure, and everything you need to start your stay without delay (condiment, rubbish bag...). There are no other costs!

You will find various restaurants nearby, and a multitude of shops in Saint-Ambroix. Its city centre is a 5-minute drive away. If you have any questions, do not hesitate to ask the hosts, they will be happy to advise you!
