Newly remodeled, very clean and very spacious (~500sf of personal space), peaceful and centrally-located place.

Stay in a wooded house next to Downtown Bellevue - just 5 minutes. Also close to downtown Seattle - just 12 minutes.

Within walking distance of three beach parks on Lake Washington.

100% cotton sheets.

Mini fridge, Microwave and toaster.

Private bedroom and bathroom in a shared house/property. Shared entrance.

Private living room is in public view.

Very close to Bellevue downtown (<2 mi). There are 3 lake front parks within walking distance - 0.5 - 1 mile. There is a big mall and 100s of restaurants from Fast-food to extremely fancy $100/entry within 2 miles, yet you feel you are staying in the woods.

If you are planning to have a party or event here are basic rules:

- parties mean more than 3 and less than 15 guests entering the premises
- must be pre-approved by the host
- additional fee applies ($150-$200)
- all parties must end by 11pm
- don’t instant book your reservations, they will not be canceling if you can’t follow the above rules

Dirty

I didn’t receive any info for check in and so I messaged and was told they would eat me in when I got there, which was fine. The bedroom does not have a lock which was a bit uncomfortable since this is just the lower level of the house and open to everything. The bathroom was dirty with the shower drain completely plugged with someone else’s hair and hair on the walls. The homeowners room must’ve been directly above mine and from their TV to their snoring you can hear it all in the room you are staying in. The location was easy enough but could definitely improve on the cleanliness!

Nice quiet spot with plenty of space

The owner was very kind during our stay. The place was wonderful with the bedroom, living room, and bathroom. Pretty much an awesome stay that I highly recommend. My only criticism was that the glass table we ate dinner on was very dirty that we had to clean it ourselves. Just would've been nice to have that been wiped down before our arrival.

Pleasant Stay

This was a nice place for our one night stay. It was neat and clean and the owner was very pleasant and accommodating. The only thing I would request if we were to stay again is to have the door to the bedroom fixed so that it latches properly and to add a door handle with lock. Other than that, it was great and would recommend this place.
