We provide bed linens and towels for your stay.

If a baby crib needs to be prepared, please request this when booking and let us know if you prefer it in the bedroom or the living room.

Parking is very easy at the foot of the building; a space will be reserved for your entire stay. We ask that you reverse your vehicle and be careful when opening the doors.

If you have more than one vehicle, please notify us in advance.

Free Wi-Fi is available throughout the apartment; you will find connection information in the welcome booklet.

The necessary basic products are provided for the first day.

The apartment must be returned in its original condition! Used dishes must be cleaned, dried, and put away, and trash must be disposed of in the containers located at the entrance to the residence.

REMINDER: No gatherings or parties are permitted in the accommodation.
Our pets are welcome in the accommodation for an additional €10/pet fee (free for stays of at least seven nights).

It is forbidden to climb on the beds or the sofa.

For any requests for early arrival (check-in before 5 p.m.) or late departure (check-out by 11 a.m. at the latest), please make your request when booking (additional charge of €10/hour).
