Villa avec du potentiel à améliorer

Les points positifs de cette villa sont la grande terrasse avec coin repas et coin salon ainsi que la piscine avec vue sur Marie-Galante. Les points négatifs : cuisine à refaire, absence de fenêtres et de moustiquaires dans les chambres équipées uniquement de volets style battant laissant passer les moustiques la nuit, chambre en bas de la villa humide, beaucoup de moustiques dans la cuisine et le salon. En conclusion, villa avec potentiel à améliorer

Nous avons séjourné 14 jours à la villa Ti'Punch soit du 6 au 20 février 2025. La villa est très bien positionné et la vue sur la mer et Marie-Gallante est à coupé le souffle! Bel accueil de David avec le petit déjeuner, toujours au bout du fil, excellent service de sa part et de sa conjointe, merci! La piscine à débordement était parfaite, chaude, bien entretenu et quoi dire de plus de la vue encore une fois! Un jeu de pétanque sur le côté de la villa, très agréable pour le 5 à 7! La villa était très propre, les lits étaient confos, et l'espace extérieur était juste parfait! Le grand patio est aménagé avec un coin salon, coin chaises longues et coin salle à diner sans oublier le bar extérieur avec son frigo! Le seul point qui devrait être pris en considération des proprios serait la réno des salles de bain et de la cuisine, ça serait un bel atout à la villa sans oublié un petit coup de peinture et pourquoi pas de considérer d'y changer les balustrades de bois pour du verre pour y maximiser la vue! Dans tout les cas, nous avons adoré notre séjour à Ti-Punch et oui nous le recommandons fortement pour la vue, la proximité des belles plages, le confort et surtout le repos quelle nous a apporté. La faune est au rendez-vous avec ses oiseaux et ces grenouilles qui se chante la pomme la nuit sans oublié les coqs qui se tiennent tête et nous y ajoutons sans contredit la beauté luxuriante qui entoure cette villa. 4,5 étoiles

Notre séjour à la villa Ti ‘Punch a été parfait! Les photos correspondent tout à fait à l’annonce. David, notre hôte, répondait à toutes nos interrogations et était disponible en tout temps. La correspondance avec l’équipe de Zewelcome a été remarquable. Toutes nos questions ont été répondues dans les plus brefs délais. La villa est confortable, la piscine propre et agréable, la vue sur la mer splendide!

David et Rachel sont des hôtes très sympathiques à l’écoutes et leur accueil a été top. Très réactifs aussi lors de nos demandes complémentaires La villa est superbe, très bien préparée, de bons équipements et bien placée on y a passé un super séjour.
