• Vehicle Fee: $20 per vehicle
• Admin Fee: $20 per rental registration
• Late Fee: $100 if booked/registered within 3 days of arrival
Note: Pools open mid-June; weekends only from Memorial Day to mid-June. Closed after Labor Day.

• Pets & Smoking: No pets. No indoor smoking. Outdoor smoking allowed.

• Security: Watercraft and driveway monitored for guest safety
• Noise: No loud music or loud talking outside after 10 PM
• 3rd Party Bookings: Not permitted
• Community Registration: Must be completed 3+ days before arrival
• $100 late fee applies

This was an excellent outing for our family and friends. Lake side view was phenominal and the bon fire we did made our trip. Lisa and Mike were amazing and of great help, i had a lot of questions but they made sure to respond on time and guide us through every step. Definitely a second trip planning in progress 😀

Perfect Spot for a Fun, Relaxing Getaway

We booked this house for a quick getaway and honestly had a great time. The house was very clean, cheerfully decorated, and felt so welcoming the moment we arrived. Although it was a bit large for just the two of us, we could easily see two families or a group of friends having an absolute blast here. There’s plenty of space and so many activities to keep everyone entertained.We especially loved kayaking and fishing right off the dock, and relaxing in the hot tub. We also lucked out and caught Music Bingo at the AH Lodge. It was packed, the people were so friendly and the songs brought back so many great memories. Thanks again for sharing your wonderful home with us!

The house was wonderful and had everything you could need! Very clean and we even had a brand new BBQ to use.Lisa the owner was great and responded to every question promptly. The view was spectacular and I miss the sunsets everyday. Cant wait to return so I can continue my nap in the hammocks by the lake!!!!

Lovely and peaceful lakeside location

We thoroughly enjoyed our weeklong stay ay "Sweptaway," The house is charming, clean, well-appointed, and spacious for 8 occupants (although the 8 sleeping spaces are split between 3 bedrooms, which may or may not work well for the composition of your party). We made regular use of deck, grill, fire pit, hot tub, pool table, foosball, ping pong table, and flotilla of small boats including standup paddle boards, kayaks, and canoe. The sunsets viewed from the deck or the dock were glorious.

Best Birthday ever!

My family, (husband, mid twenty something daughter and son and their significant others) Stayed at Swept Away for this past Memorial Day weekend for my 60th birthday. The house and yard were spotless! And everything was so cheerfully painted and decorated! It was plenty big enough for the 6 of us and we had everything we needed already there! We didn't need to go anywhere! We spent such amazing, bonding family moments right on the property having coffee sitting by the lake on the swings, playing outdoor ping pong, laying in the two hammocks and around the firepit. We also spent a lot of time in the hot tub which was actually HOT and the jets ALL worked! Mostly we spent time on the lounge chairs and the dock and on paddle boards and kayaks. The kids played pool and we saw deer, a ton of butterflies and and Eagle! The sunsets were so lovely every evening as well! We grilled and cooked in the well stocked kitchen. If I were to build a lake house, it would be exactly like this! We will definitely be back! It was a perfect, Magical, long weekend and we were all sad to leave the space! I'm the number one fan of this lake house!

We had a wonderful time staying here during our family vacation. If you're traveling with kids, you'll love the abundance of toys and the spacious areas for little ones to play. The view of the lake is stunning, and the hot tub was a fantastic bonus. The house was well-equipped with everything we needed for a comfortable and relaxing stay. We'd happily book again!

Fabulous place! My friend and I treated ourselves to a stay here to celebrate my birthday and it was perfect. The view of the lake is beautiful, we loved the hot tub, and sitting around the campfire. It is amazing to have your very own beach to launch a kayak from! I am spoiled now. The house is nicely decorated and cozy. The beds were comfy and the house had everything we needed.Perfect trip! We cannot say enough wonderful things about our stay at Swept Away. It was absolutely perfect from the scenery to the boating to the hot tub to the fishing. Mike and Lisa have provided so much to keep everyone entertained.. they purposely have gone out of their way to make your stay the best that it can be. The kitchen is very well stocked and we made all of our meals there. What I really loved was being in the kitchen cooking and being able to look out the huge windows and be able have a view of the lake at all times. We have stayed at Arrowhead in the past but we have to say that staying at Swept Away really did ‘sweep us away’ — when we plan our vacation next year, it will be here. Mike and Lisa were always right there to communicate with us and were the perfect hosts.
This is the view that greeted us the first evening we arrived!

Plenty of room, lots of amenities and one hell of a view. The only thing I'd change is adding central air. The bedrooms were cool, but the kitchen and great room were toasty. All-in-all, a wonderful home for a week!

While house hunting in 2005, our agent brought us to this lakefront. After the showing and our agent drove off, we realized our car-keys were accidentally left inside the house! While waiting hours for the agent to return, we were unexpectedly greeted by the warm summer glow of the sun that set over the property. It was so stunning, in that moment we realized we needed to experience this over and over again. ALL things happen for a reason. Over the years, whenever we could escape the concrete jungle and grind of New York City with our children, the lake provided that much needed therapy for us to recharge. We come here to unload, to breathe the fresh air, take long walks and bike rides all over the community and talk about life and our dreams. It’s been nothing short of a blessing. We welcome you with our heart to our home. We hope your stay brings you amazing memories. That is the standard we’ve set for our property. We hope to be a great fit for your family.
