This exquisitely restored and furnished villa is located in the village of Pusti near Svetvincenat.Villa Macan is surrounded by a stone wall and is located in the middle of the village, which has only a few inhabitants. On the ground floor there is the living room, which is equipped with a very comfortable modern set and with its natural stone wall promises a special comfort. The kitchen, bathroom and a terrace with a view of the pool are also located here. Upstairs are the two bedrooms with their own bathrooms. On a 30 m2 covered terrace with quality garden furniture, next to the 35 m2 pool, you can relax and enjoy good food in the fresh air and in the shade of the wooden canopy. Nice water slide in the pool is ideal for children. Distances: post office 2000m, gas station 8600m, restaurant 2000m, shop 2000m, center 2000m, sea 21700m, beach 21700m, airport 35600m.

Great place even better hospitality!

Igor and his brothers families both live across the road and are really helpful and friendly. We would recommend staying here or any other property owned/managed by Igor.

Sehr schön. Es hat an manchem gefehlt. Wäschekorb Wäscheständer keine Steckdosen in den Bädern .Nur 4Kaffeelöffel auf den Liegen am Pool waren die Auflagen kaputt .Für die Microwelle kein Steckdose. Der Fernseher musste erst neu eingerichtet werden. Am Pool ein kleines Beistelltischen. Für 4 Personen angeboten aber nur 2 Weingläser. Aber wenn sich am Preis nichts ändert würden wir wiederkommen

Mooie en complete vakantiewoning, aanrader

Een mooie en complete vakantiewoning van vriendelijke beheerders. Centraal gelegen en dus de ideale basis om compleet Istrië te verkennen. Woning is zoals beschreven in de advertentie. Mooi zwembad en perfect voor rustzoekers. Binnen een klein half uur zit je in de mooie kustplaatsen. Kortom een aanrader.

Schöner Urlaub in Kroatien

Nettes, gemütliches Ferienhaus in guter Lage für Ausflugsziele in allen Richtungen. Ruhig gelegen, mit Einkaufsmöglichkeiten im Nachbarort. Gute und unkomplizierte Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter. Toller Außenbereich mit großem Pool sowie ausreichenden Gartenmöbeln zum Sitzen und Liegen. Großer Pluspunkt sind die 3 Bäder und die Klimaanlagen.

Für uns beide sehr groß , man konnte Schatten oder die Sonne wählen . Auch unser Hund hat sich sehr wohl gefühlt und es zu er konnte frei laufen . Man ist schnell in Pula und Rovinj. Sehr nette Vermieter.

Tolle Unterkunft für Ruhesuchende und für Ausflüge

Die Fotos sind exakt wie die Unterkunft aussieht, super eingerichtet und sehr gut ausgestattet (nur ein Toaster wäre toll), zum einkaufen ist ein Auto gut, der Weg ist doch recht weit, aber im Haus und am Pool fühlt man sich wohl, mit Klimaanlage auch für Wärme an kälteren Tagen. Der Pool war leider recht kalt, im Sommer aber bestimmt eine tolle Erfrischung. Der Vermieter spricht deutsch und wohnt gegenüber, Gesamt: sehr schönes Haus für 3-4 Leute.

Wundervoll

Wunderschöne alte Villa. Pferfekt für einen Urlaub in Istrien. Die Lage ist super, um Ausflüge nach links (Rovinj), rechts (Rabac) und unten (Pula) zu machen. Jeweils ca 1/2 h bis zur Küste. Wir sind aber auch bis Porec und Opatija gefahren. Wir haben uns nach den Ausflügen immer auf die Villa und den Pool gefreut. Das Grundstück ist komplett umfriedet - perfekt für einen Urlaub mit Hund. Unser Dackel konnte das Grundstück nicht verlassen. Innen ist es sehr gemütlich, der Charme, den die Bilder vermitteln, ist vorhanden. Raumaufteilung ist ebenfalls sehr gut. Die beiden Schlafzimmer im Obergeschoss haben jeweils ein eigenes Bad und es gibt noch ein weiters Bad, direkt neben der hinteren Eingangstür zur Pool-Seite (super für eine Dusche nach dem planschen). Das Esszimmer mit Küche mit der riesigen Fensterfläche hat uns besonders gut gefallen. Die Küche ist gut ausgestattet, sogar ein Sandwichmaker war im Küchenschrank zu finden. Gasherd ist ohnehin super. Wir haben uns auch viel im Außenbereich und dem schönen, überdachten Freisitz aufgehalten. Und wir haben intensiv den Grill mit heimischen Köstlichkeiten "bespielt". Kontakt zum Vermieter war ebenfalls sehr gut. Überaus freundlicher, herzlicher Mensch. Wenn wir nochmals in Istrien urlauben sollten, würden wir sehr gerne wieder dieses schöne Häuschen buchen.

Fint hus med lækker pool

Det gamle stenhus er smagfuldt indrettet og det er aircon i alle run. Værterne er venlige og imødekommende, men var knapt så informative om områdets muligheder som vi havde håbet. Vi døjede en del med myg og myrer, men fik til sidst has på de fleste. Huset ligger godt placeret i forhold til de smukke kystbyer, strande og Pula.

Ein schönes Ferienhaus

Wir haben spontan eine Woche in diesem Ferienhaus verbracht.Die Lage ist für Ausflüge ideal und man erreicht das Meer in weniger als 30 Min. Der Ort Svetvinčenat ist klein aber fein.Die Gegend um das Ferienhaus ist eher wild und nicht sehr ansprechend,was uns jetzt aber in den 7 Tagen nicht gestört hat da wir viel unterwegs waren.

Entspannung mit der ganzen Familie

Wir haben unseren Urlaub in der Villa Macan sehr genossen, das Haus sowie der Rest ist in einem sehr guten und gepflegten Zustand. Die Ausstattung ist auf einem sehr hohen Niveau, es fehlt an nichts. Sehr freundlicher Empfang während der Ankunft und bei Fragestellung jederzeit verfügbar. Wir waren als Familie (6 Personen mit 4 Kindern). Die Lage ist sehr schön, und der nächste Ort zum Einkaufen ist nur 2km entfernt.

entspannter Aufenthalt abseits der Touristenpfade

Wir konnten in den 2 Wochen einen entspannten Urlaub in dem Ferienhaus verbringen. Durch die ideale Lage in der Region Sventvincenat waren es sowohl nach Rovinj als auch an die Strände der Südküste nur jeweils 30min Fahrtzeit mit dem Auto. Wir haben aber auch oft die Ruhe im Dorf abseits der Touristenmassen genossen und die Kinder waren nahezu den ganzen Tag im Pool beschäftigt. Das Haus selbst ist ideal für eine Familie mit 2 Kindern und ist super ausgestattet - auch für Selbstversorger. Wir haben uns jedenfalls super erholt und kommen gerne wieder.

Prima Herbstferien in Pusti/Svetvincenat

Wir verbrachten als Familie von 2 Erwachsenen und 2 Kindern 10 Tage in dem Ferienhaus. Es entsprach voll der Beschreibung und unseren Erwartungen, da es sehr geschmackvoll und schön eingerichtet ist. Den schönen Pool konnten wir leider nicht mehr nutzen, da es schon etwas zu kalt geworden ist. Die Vermieter-Familie ist sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Das Ferienhaus ist auf jeden Fall empfehlenswert.

Sehr schöner Urlaub in familiärer Atmosphäre

Wir haben mit 3 Erwachsenen und 2 Kindern (10 und 6) die zwei Wochen im Ferienhaus sehr genossen. Das Haus entspricht der Beschreibung, vielmehr gibt es hier und da "kleine" Verbesserungen - z.B. eine schönere Sitzgruppe im Freien und die festinstallierte Wasserrutsche in den Pool. Internet bzw. der WLAN Empfang ist recht stabil und überall im Haus/Freien verfügbar, die Download-Bandbreite von ca. 5-18 Mbit (Hybrid) reicht aber aus für Netflix und Co auf dem Tablet. Die Betten waren bequem und nicht durchgelegen. Bei Fragen, kleinen Problemen (z.B. es fehlte ein Küchen-Tablett) oder Wünschen war die komplette Gastgeber Familie immer sofort und hilfsbereit zur Stelle - vielen lieben Dank für die herzliche Aufnahme! Wir kommen gerne wieder.

Spitzen Ferienhaus 👍genau so wie auf den Bildern und bei Fe-wo beschrieben.Das tollste daran mit 3 Bädern , so gab es nie Gedrängel mi den Kids. Die Küche ist mit allem ausgestattet, was man zum Kochen braucht . Und nicht zu vergessen,der große Pool für die Kids .Aber das aller schönste am Ferienhaus ist , die himmlisch Ruhe außenrum . Morgen‘s am Pool nur Vogelgezwitscher und Stille. Danke 🙏 an Igor +Familie für den wunderschönen Urlaub, kommen gerne wieder. Lg Fam. Lindacker

einfach Super!

Wer Land und Leute sowie ruhe geniessen möchte ist hier genau richtig.. Pula, Rovinj und Porec alles in 25 min erreichbar.. Die Villa ist genauso wie auf den Bildern und mit viel Liebe zum Detail.. Wir konnten im Mai schon in dem schönen Pool schwimmen und Abendessen auf der Terasse geniessen.. Igor und sein Papa sind Top Gastgeber und immer erreichbar.. Wir haben uns auch sehr über die schönen Abende mit Ihnen gefreut.. Ein Urlaub wie man sich ihn immer wünscht... Wir würden es jederzeit wieder buchen..

A peaceful and beautiful stay in the midland of Istria

The Macanvilla is a nice and pratical house with a lot of space. We enjoyed the covered terrace during the warm days. The pool is fantastic, the kids really loved it. The owners are very friendly and always available to help when needed. The holiday house is highly recommended!

Traumhaft schön

Sehr schön hier, Entspannung pur. Igor als Gastgeber ein echter Genuss. Seine Familie war auch super freundlich und hilfsbereit, bei allen Fragen die man so hat. Das Haus ist eingerichtet wie man es auf den Bildern zu sehen bekommt, alles vorhanden, was man braucht... Kommen gerne nächstes Jahr zurück...

Belle maison avec piscine et bien située

Maison très agréable dans un hameau très paisible, bien équipée avec belle piscine et toboggan pour les enfants. Les propriétaires sont charmants. Bien située pour visiter l Istrie ( 40 min max pour les visites). Je recommande.

Piece of heaven

The house is located in the centre of Istra, just perfect to discover the island, all villages are within an area of 30-40 minutes drive. The location was perfect, very quiet but close enough to shops, restaurants... The house was very clean and we loved the outside space. The pool was a bit cold, only 18° but we got used to it and kids loved the toboggan. Higlhlight of our stay was our little visitor Miche, who got part of the family for 1 week (young cat). We have spoilt him 😊. Igor and Dalibor, a big thank you for your hospitality. You are such nice people and we will recommend the house to all our friends. Big hug to Miche from our daughter. We miss him!

Très beau séjour

Excellent séjour dans cette maison tout confort. Extérieur de rêve avec sa piscine, son toboggan et son salon d'été. Très bien placée pour visiter cette magnifique région d'Istrie. Idéale pour une famille avec enfants de tous âges. Merci au cousin d'Igor pour ses bons conseils. Une seule envie, y retourner au plus vite !!!!
