In the Drome valley, 20 minutes from Valence and 50 minutes from the Ardèche gorges, this renovated Provencal farmhouse can accommodate 23 people, thanks to its 7 bedrooms, two bathrooms, private pool-house shower and two kitchens.
The estate is totally enclosed and secure, with a family area featuring a fireplace, piano, table football and billiards.
In the garden, you'll find plenty to keep you amused: swimming pool, trampoline, ping pong table, swing, volleyball and badminton court. Plus: the pool-house with an American fridge and barbecue + plancha.

The entire house is kept. The house is located in the countryside and is an old building of the nineteenth century renovated.

The pool is equipped with an alarm (key to turn), and a thick bubble cover that can be easily removed after each use.

The Rhone plain around the house is ideal for jogging or cycling along the Rhône. ( Via Rhona at 1km)

An ideal location for visiting the Vercors, the Drome provençale or the Ardeche valley.
You can visit the potters in the hilltop villages of Mirmande or Cliousclat, visit the town of Crest with its medieval tower, or stroll along the Provencal alleys of Montélimar. You'll also be able to take advantage of the many markets, day and night, to sample the peaches and apricots ripening in the Rhone Valley sunshine.
Many outdoor activities such as canoeing on the Ardeche or Drome rivers, rafting, the animal parks of Peaugres or the Crocodile Farm are sure to please young and old alike.
The Théatre dans la chateau at Grignan, the Crest jazz festival, Saou chante Mozard, the Maison du Facteur Cheval, the Nougat factories, the Avignon festival... will add a cultural touch to your trip.
