The bathroom has a large walk-in shower. Internet connection with WLAN, internet radio, satellite TV, DVD player are available.
Large skylights and a sunny balcony allow a beautiful view of the town of Mariensiel and the surrounding area. A secure bicycle shelter is available for bicycles. The use of the large garden is possible by arrangement.
We also offer our apartment as a long-term rental (e.g. to company employees). Conditions by arrangement ..

Please pay attention to! The prices are staggered (per night):
2 pers. from 4 nights = 50.00 €,
For each additional person, the rental price increases by € 10
2 pers. at 3 nights = € 70.00 / night
For each additional person, the rental price increases by € 20.
A lease is deemed to have been concluded if the landlord and tenant are each in writing (e-mail, fax, letter)
have confirmed the rental period.
There is no payment of tourist tax.
Of course, the rental price can also be paid in total when booking.
