Located on the 7th floor with elevator, it comprises:

You'll particularly appreciate the balcony and its unobstructed view over the rooftops of Paris.

For your comfort, you'll have at your disposal: Wifi, Washing machine, Iron, Hair dryer, Dishwasher, Oven, Coffee machine, etc.
Bed linen and towels are included in the cleaning fee.

The apartment is close to numerous restaurants.
There's a Lidl supermarket just 500 m from the building for your everyday needs.

The area is also well served by public transport.

## Emplacement
The neighborhood offers many opportunities for going out (restaurants, bars) that we'll be happy to share with you. The apartment is ideally located between the Bois de Vincennes and the Père-Lachaise Cemetery. You'll find all the local shops in the vicinity, as well as pleasant markets (Aligre is a 20-minute walk away and the Place de la Réunion market is a 15-minute walk away). From the apartment, you can go directly to Disneyland Paris in 40 minutes by RER. The various Olympic Games events are less than 35 minutes away by public transport in Paris and Saint-Denis.
