About this property
Camping de l'Orival *** - DREAMS SWEET ISLAND 5 people
Residence:
We are Isabelle and Fabrice, we are two passionate about bringing our campsite to life, nestled between sea and nature, in the heart of the authentic countryside of Pays de Bray, in Upper Normandy. Here, go on foot, by bike or on horseback on country paths, in the forest, or even on the Avenue Verte “London-Paris”. Just 300 meters from the Eawy forest and 20 minutes from the Dieppe coast, our campsite offers an exceptional setting.
Enjoy a heated swimming pool in high season, sports fields, a games room, wooden games, as well as a creperie/pizzeria and numerous activities. Come and discover the Pays de Bray, rich in greenery and forests, as well as our small villages nestled in the surrounding valleys.
Our campsite is resolutely focused on sustainable development, where nature reigns supreme. The lighting is solar powered, and we give "Mother Nature" all her rights: the grass is high, and the so-called weeds have their place. Here, we do not seek to tame nature, but to coexist with it. We are not superheroes, simply lovers of the environment, eager to offer you an authentic place that respects the ecosystem.
You can also explore the Alabaster coast, from Fécamp to Tréport, via Dieppe and the famous cliffs of Étretat. Rouen and the Seine valley await you with their museums, natural and historical sites. Don't forget to taste our regional products: cider, brandy, AOC cheeses from Neufchâtel and local meats.
We offer new and used mobile homes for sale and rental, installed on large pitches, as well as spacious pitches for motorhomes, caravans and tents.
The campsite of l'Orival has a spool, a snack-bar, a games room, a sports ground and various facilities. The Dieppe region, located in Seine-Maritime, in the heart of Normandy, is a true jewel between land and sea. Known for its rich historical heritage and breathtaking landscapes, Dieppe is a seaside resort full of charm, with its lively port , its pebble beaches and its spectacular cliffs which dominate the English Channel.
The city of Dieppe, nicknamed "the city of four ports", is famous for its great maritime tradition and its daily fish market. Its castle-museum overlooks the sea and offers breathtaking views of the coast. The waterfront, bordered by long lawns and a charming town center, is the ideal place to stroll and enjoy the sea air.
The region is also distinguished by the natural beauty of its surroundings, such as the majestic Arques forest and the Saâne valley. A few kilometers from Dieppe, the Côte d'Albâtre reveals its impressive white chalk cliffs, emblematic of Normandy. Hiking and nature lovers will be able to enjoy the Avenue Verte, a former railway line transformed into a cycle path, linking Dieppe to Forges-les-Eaux, or even to Paris.
The region is also marked by its culinary heritage: fresh fish, seafood, Norman cheeses such as Neufchâtel, and of course, cider and calvados. Dieppe also hosts an international kite festival every year, which attracts visitors from all over the world.
Whether you are passionate about history, nature or outdoor activities, the Dieppe region and Seine-Maritime offer a diversity of experiences in an exceptional setting typical of Normandy.
From Paris, follow the D915 towards Dieppe. If you come from Lille, Amiens or Rouen, take the A28 motorway, then exit at "Les Yaons" towards Dieppe. Once you arrive in the center of the Grandes Ventes village, turn right towards the fire station and continue for 800 meters to reach our campsite.
