ROSE Vacances offers you this charming, beautifully decorated holiday flat, on the 1st floor (no lift) of a character residence "Villa Ma Folie", ideally located just a stone's throw from the embankment in Les Sables d'Olonne.
This flat sleeps up to 2 people, perfect for a couple!
Just 20 metres from the popular beach in Les Sables d'Olonne and close to all amenities (pedestrian streets, restaurants, Les Halles market, etc.), this flat is sure to make your holiday a pleasant one!
A bright flat with a sea view, comprising a living room with a sofa, two armchairs, a coffee table, a china cabinet, WIFI, and a dining table with 4 chairs for enjoying a good meal.
A semi-open, functional, fully-equipped kitchen: kettle, oven, toaster, fridge, freezer, dishwasher, Nespresso coffee machine, etc.
On the night side, you'll find a spacious bedroom with a 200x200cm bed, two bedside tables and a wardrobe.
A fully-equipped bathroom with shower, heated towel rail and vanity unit with storage space.

To complete the accommodation, there is a laundry area with all the necessary cleaning equipment and a washing machine.
