About this property

The cutest 1 bedroom/1 bath unit has 2 balconies. This unit has 1 king, twin bunk bed, AND a sleeper sofa. Relax on the balcony and enjoy the peek-a-boo lagoon and gulf views. Public beach access is a short walk away (.1 mile!). Great location- 1.4 miles from The Hangout. 1/4 mile from Janino's Pizza, close proximity to ice cream and sandwich shops, grocery stores, and more! This location is fabulous! Come enjoy all this spot has to offer!

Pet friendly: Pets must be house trained, non-aggressive, and picked up after. Also, while the condo is pet friendly, unfortunately, the beaches at Gulf Shores and Orange Beach are not. There are some pet friendly establishments as well as a dog park. Fort Morgan beaches do allow dogs. Message me for further details.

PLEASE READ: Hurricane season is roughly June1-November 30. This is a way of life for us on the Gulf Coast. Please insure your trip if you are booking during this time (or any time) as I cannot offer refunds due to inclement weather. It's always a good idea to purchase travel insurance!

Calm, Peaceful, Comfortable and Homey

First let me compliment the hostess. She was accommodating and patient. I had to change this reservation several times. I expected to lose my money, but Corrie was willing to work with me. I am sure I was driving her crazy but she never let on. The condo is a beautiful shade of blue on the outside. There is a flight of steps, a landing and another flight of steps to get to the first floor. Parking is under the building which protects your car from the elements. The parking space is a nice size. The condo has a push button lock on the door. There is a wrap around balcony. You enter a small foyer. The condo is an open concept. The kitchen and living room are a nice size. I love to cook and made use of the stove which looked like new. There was a toaster and a coffee pot. The pots and pans were more than adequate. There were beachy looking plates. The refrigerator was spotless and a nice size. The TV is hidden in a cabinet. It does not have cable, but you can easily log into your streaming account. There is a sofa and a comfortable chair. I fell in love with the footstool. The furniture is eclectic. It all fit in well together. The whole condo had a beachy comfortable honey feel. The bedroom was a nice size with a king-size bed and a set of bunk beds. The mattress on the king was not as comfortable as home but it wasn’t uncomfortable either. The pillows were nice. Fall get away

The property was nice and comfortable for two with a furbaby! We were surprised as to how busy the beach was but were told kids had fall break and the Shrimpfest was being setup-who knew? Lol!

Just right!

Corrie had great communication and was very helpful from the beginning to the end. The condo is perfectly located near everything, whether it was a walk to the beach, to get ice-cream or to walk the dog. The bed and pillows are super comfortable, the condo was equipped with everything I needed for a long stay. I liked that there were beach chairs and other beach items there to use if needed. Overall, great stay and made a lot of great memories with the family! :)
