The spacious rooms are very stylish and luxuriously furnished with antique and contemporary furniture. Many of the rooms have stunning sea views.
The property is completely fenced and offers the perfect private getaway and 'Villa Sud' over 1 garage and parking spaces in the courtyard also.
Terrace, private pool (9 x 6 m) and adjacent to the pool bar area with barbecue are on the sea side with panoramic sea views and direct beach views.
In the lower part there is a large garden with 10 varieties of fruit trees (oranges, lemons, mango, papaya, persimmons, passion fruit, fig, Mispelo, custard apple and pomegranate) and vegetable beds. You are welcome to help themselves to the harvestable fruits, vegetables and salads to their hearts content.
Our gardener takes care of the background to the garden and swimming pool. So you can sit back here, relax and enjoy your well deserved holiday in this unique setting.
All rooms are on one level and have quality stone and marble floors.
All bedding, mattresses, bedding and electrical appliances were completely redone in 2022.
