Nice appartment with a downside

A really nice appartment, good location, close to the beach, all good there. But there was no WiFi, which was part of the offer and for us is a crucial element. The agency did not inform us about it beforehand; when we asked for the WiFi, the answer was "the previous guests broke the router, we expect a new one any day, we will let you know." That was the last thing we heard from them, after that they ghosted us. When traveling with teenagers and having to do the occasional conference, I expect WiFi to be there if I pay for it.
