Disappointing
The house does not look like the pictures. The pictures must have been several years old. You will be disappointed. When you first arrive the trees and shrubs are overgrown. You will not be able to get to the swing in the picture.The bathrooms were not clean and had hair from whoever was there before. Mold is growing in the showers. All the beds along with the pillows are old and dirty. One bedroom had a broken glass door that was taped together. Not very secure or safe. The hot tub was old, dirty, had cracks and broken pieces. We did not even try to get in it. The kitchen has most of what you need. If you plan on eating cereal or soup, you should bring your own bowls. The tablecloth had holes in it. The internet isn’t great but worked. Emailed the host within hours of arriving of the issues and included pictures (I wish I could attach pics to this review). We only received an automated response that someone will be in contact. We never heard from them. We did have a few visits from a couple contractors stating they were there to work on the house because the owner died and the estate attorney said it was supposed to be unoccupied. Novasol has terrible management.
