The elegant apartment welcomes you in the immediate vicinity of the center of Desenzano and its wonderful beaches. Make yourself comfortable in the tastefully furnished rooms with your loved ones, there is plenty of space for joint activities, the apartment is also particularly suitable for a vacation with children. Relax after your excursions in the sauna shared with other guests or make yourself comfortable in the living room, from which you can see the lake.

Step out onto the balcony first thing in the morning, enjoy the morning sun while sipping your first coffee and make plans for the day ahead while listening to the birds chirping. The garden is a wonderful place to relax outdoors while your children play contentedly or jump to lofty heights on the trampoline. A bath in the jacuzzi under the open sky is a real treat.

The village offers good transport links to Sirmione, famous for its thermal baths, to the famous amusement parks in Peschiera del Garda and to the picturesque villages overlooking the lake, such as Riva del Garda, paradise for surfers, and Padenghe sul Garda, famous for its excellent olive oil and D.O.C. wines, thanks to the main road where the residence is located. Take a boat from the lakeside road in Desenzano to the other lakeside in the province of Verona, just a few minutes away.

Großzügige Wohnung in optimaler Lage

Großzügige und ruhige Wohnung mit abgeschlossenem Parkplatz, kurze Wege ins Ortszentrum, zum See oder zu Einkaufen, guter Ausgangspunkt für alle möglichen Freizeitaktivitäten ( vielseitiges Infomaterial in der Wohnung vorhanden)

Großartig!

Super Lage. Einkaufsmöglichkeit in direkter Nähe. 20 Meter Luftlinie zum See. Der Vermieter war immer erreichbar,hat sich persönlich um alles gekümmert. Hatten ein defektes Klimagerät, welches innerhalb von 2 Tagen komplett ( Aussen-und Innengerät ) ausgetauscht wurde. Die Wohnung ist sehr sauber und genau wie auf den Bildern! Es hat uns an nichts gefehlt! Der Jacuzzi ist auch nur für die Gäste, in unserem Fall zur alleinigen Nutzung. Küche und Elektrogeräte sind in einem Top Zustand , alles sauber und neuwertig! Wir waren begeistert und kommen sehr gerne wieder. Die anderen festen Mieter im Haus waren alle sehr freundlich . Parkmöglichkeit auf dem Gelände, welches rundum eingezäunt ist. Haustiere erlaubt, sehr tierfreundlich.
