This home features a spacious great room with soaring ceilings and pocket sliders, the picturesque paver pool deck and outside bar await you. Outside living and entertaining is a breeze with a built-in bar and awning for shade, covered outside kitchen with grill, small bar fridge, and deep freezer. It also has a screened lanai with plenty of shade for hanging out. King Bed in the Master Bedroom. The Guest Bedroom has a Queen and 2 Twin Beds (Sleeps 6). This beachy chic home has porcelain tile floors throughout all the rooms, inside laundry, and a fenced-in backyard with a firepit. Very central to wonderful beaches, shopping, and dining. 2- car Outside parking and street parking available. NO GARAGE Access, the garage will not be available for use.

If you’re looking for a perfect view of the Gulf Coast, Bradenton is close to the top beaches. Bradenton may be the perfect vacation spot for you. Bradenton is known for its small-town charm with a big city magnetism. Some say you fall in love with Bradenton after your first visit due to its pleasant all-year climate and serene sunsets, making it the ideal vacation spot for many.

If you're looking for something family-friendly in a beautiful neighborhood that's close to the beach, you found the right place! With world-famous beaches like Coquina Beach and Manatee Beach, white sand, amazing amenities, and plenty of sun, Our house is centrally located and only a 10-15 min car ride to escape for a beach getaway. The water is warm and swimmable during much of the year and calm – ideal for families.
