Spacious 750 square foot 1 bedroom 1 bathroom on the beach with partial beachfront view. Conveniently located on the first floor, near recreational room, pool area, bbq area and main door entry. Living room features a comfortable sleeper sofa and oversized chair. Coastal dining area seats four. The bedroom offers a king size bed and spacious closet. Full bathroom with tub. Fully functional kitchen with amenities. Smart TV's in both living and bedroom with free Cable/WiFi. The Lanai features spacious rocking chairs and small table to enjoy your early morning coffee and the beautiful sunsets that Marco Island has to offer.

All guests are required to pay the Sunset House of Marco Island Association a non refundable fee of $150 by check.

A wonderful property with perfect hosts!

This is a very clean and well appointed property. We had a most comfortable stay. The kitchen is stocked with every utensil you would ever need. Our hosts, Maria and Henry, were conscientious and welcoming. Sunset House has a friendly vibe. The location is ideal for beach walking and enjoying Marco Island. We look forward to returning.

Great property

Loved my time here. The condo is really great, tastefully decorated and well equipped for comfortable living. Maria and Henry are very nice people and go out of their way to make renters feel welcome!

Awesome Sunset Paradise!

Sunset Paradise! What is there not to love. Henry and Maria are great hosts and have truly created a beautiful “home away from home.” They put their hearts and souls into Sunset Paradise and thought of everything to make our stay complete. Thank you Henry and Maria!
