Comfortable apartment on the 7th Floor (with elevator) with partial sea view. Swimming pool and sauna in the house, free use.
The apartment is 32m2 and for max. Suitable for 2 people.
It has a sleeping alcove with a bed 160x200, comfort / pocket spring mattresses new 2017 !!Medium hardness, a well-equipped kitchen with dishwasher, microwave, ceramic hob (without oven), fridge with freezer and a living area with a 40-inch flat screen TV.
On the small east balcony with a fantastic view you can enjoy the view and the sea.
The apartment was renovated in 2014.
The residential complex has a large swimming pool 15x6m and 2 saunas.
The property is strictly non-smoking and pets are not allowed.
Not suitable for wheelchairs and not suitable for the disabled.

Die Wohnung ist in natura genau wie auf den Fotos abgebildet. Für 2 Personen war die Wohnung vollkommen ausreichend. Uns wurde die Wohnung sauber und frisch desinfiziert übergeben. Die nötigen koch Utensilien sowie frische Handtücher waren schon vorhanden. Gerne wieder!

Wir haben uns auf Anhieb sehr wohl gefühlt. Alles wie beschrieben und die Aussicht in der 7 Etage, in Hinblick auf die fliegerischen Vorführungen, einfach super ;-) Daher kommen wir gerne wieder :-)

Hallo, ich habe die gesamte Wohnlage, sowie auch die Wohnung selbst als sehr ruhig empfunden. Für meinen Aufenthalt in Steinhude war die Wohnung für 1 bis 2 Personen völlig ausreichend von der Größe her. Diese Wohnung kann ich in jeder Hinsicht absolut weiterempfehlen. Ich plane jetzt schon wieder den nächsten Aufenthalt in Steinhude.

Ich habe mich dort sehr wohl gefühlt und kann die Wohnung nur empfehlen, zumal auch der Kontakt mit dem Vermieter sehr freundlich war.
