About this property

***DISCLAIMER*** SPRING/SUMMER 2024*** There is another home being constructed in very close proximity to Eagle's Nest. Please be aware that contractors will be coming and going near the property at any given time. Please STAY AWAY from the construction site due to potential injury!***

The house is located on a flat lot with 551+/- ft WF, a private sandy beach, year-round water, and a private boat ramp. There are 2 floating docks and a gazebo at the water which has electricity and a sink with running water. The water at the full pool is approx. 14'. For your outdoor cooking, there is a covered BBQ pit area and a gas grill on the deck... What more could you ask for when looking for a vacation rental?!

The kitchen is fully stocked with just about anything you need including a drip coffee pot for all the coffee lovers out there! The Master is equipped with a King bed, a walk-in shower, and a large soaking tub. The guest bedroom has a queen bed and a shared bathroom with a large walk-in shower. Then take the spiral staircase to the loft area that has two twin beds and a small work desk with the best view!

If you are looking for more sleeping or two homes close together, this home is located just .8 miles from our Clo Cottage rental.

Review

Very satisfied - sleeps 4 adults comfortably and two kids in a loft. Property Mgr. needs to make sure kitchen is better outfitted - no large serrated knife and only 5 forks were stocked. Recommend owner to have a couple of adult kayaks with oars available (I know you can rent them but having two there would be very convenient). The boathouse was a big hit - we hung out on it every day. Would definitely stay there again.

Summer on Lake Martin

Our 11th annual summer trip to Lake Martin was fantastic. The house is clean, close to the water with an excellent boat house and dock. Located on a quiet cove - - excellent and convenient access to all parts of the Lake Martin. Perfect size house for a family of five (5). Very comfortable with excellent amenities. Will look to book again next year.
