Hotel was very nice and kept up very neatly. Pool area was excellent along with location. Only complaint I have is that house keeping was not included each day for the amount of money we paid to stay. Housekeeping was only available upon request after the 3rd day of staying there. We had to contact the front desk multiple times about needing clean towels, running out of toilet paper, tissue paper and bathing supplies in the shower. Cleaning staff could have done much more work but found multiple employees during the day on their phones or congregating and talking about personal issues instead of getting the rooms cleaned and completed .
