Under 15 minutes from UTEP, downtown and major hospitals. Walking distance you will local coffee shops, craft beer, grocery store, barber shop, beauty salon and many more amenities. Additionally access to community premier swimming pool and gym.

If you are here for work this is the perfect place with high speed internet and in a quiet environment. You can use the first floor as your office or second floor office right next to the balcony. You have multiple restaurants within minutes. Also a community grocery store that delivers.

Sprouts, Albertsons and whole foods within 10 min.

Utep, Texas tech and major hospitals all within 15 min.

Great weekend property for the family

Very nice place. Clean and upkeep is excellent. Easy access to lots of options. Everything about our stay was awesome! Would definitely recommend staying here and we will stay again if we make it back to the area.

Great place in great area

We had a really great visit to El Paso. House was very clean and well kept. It was in a quiet neighborhood, very close to shopping and fun places. Highly recommend!
